Refund policy
As this is a product that comes in direct contact with the skin, as a general rule, we only accept returns if the delivered product is defective.
In the unlikely event that there is a defect in the product or if you receive a product that is different from your order, we will promptly exchange it for the same product.
*We cannot accept any returns/refunds due to customer's convenience.
*Please note that the shipping cost for returning the product will be borne by the customer.
*Returns and exchanges are possible only within 5 days from the delivery of the product.
*Since this is a product that touches the skin directly, if you do not return the product within one week after contacting us, we will not be able to issue a refund. Please note.
If we cannot prepare a replacement item, we will respond by returning or refunding.
After confirming the defective product, if you want to refund, we will refund by the method according to the payment method. In the case of cash on delivery, the refund will be transferred to the bank account specified by the customer after confirming the returned product.
In the case of payment by credit card, the credit card fee cannot be refunded.
Also, it will take about 10 days for the refund.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges even if the product is defective in the following cases.
-Items that have been used for purposes other than trying on (For sanitary reasons, please keep your underwear on while trying on.)
-Swimsuit sanitary liner removed
- laundered goods
-Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer
-Items that have passed more than 6 days after delivery
- Items with damaged, defaced, or missing invoices or product tags
- Sale items
-Items purchased outside of our shop
-Other products that clearly state that they cannot be returned on the product introduction page
