[Customers in Japan]

The shipping fee is 700 yen*1 nationwide. Shipping is free for purchases over 20,000 yen including tax.

After receiving your order, we will ship the product within a maximum of 7 business days*2.

After shipping, it will usually arrive in 1-2 days by click post (depending on the region where you ordered, bad weather, etc.). Since it will be delivered using Japan Post, if the post office is closed, the number of arrival days will be adjusted accordingly.

Yu-Pack may be used depending on the size of the shipping package/fragile items.

Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage of the product during delivery.

*2 Products are shipped on business days (Mon-Fri). Please note that if the date of your order falls on a public holiday, it may take longer than usual. If you choose bank transfer, it will be counted from the date of transfer, not the date of order.

□Where do you ship?

Currently, we only ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, and South Korea.
We are working on expanding to other countries and will post an update on our website as soon as it is official.

□Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $200. For orders under $200, shipping will be $30.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once the shipment is complete.
*Customs duties may apply, but customs duties are the responsibility of the customer, so please check with your country's customs and border protection agency for details.

□ Number of days until arrival

Usually ships within 72 hours from Japan and takes about 2 weeks to arrive. It may be delayed due to inventory status or weather.

□Other shipping policies

Loss or theft of luggage We are not responsible for loss of items shipped from our shop to the customer. Please contact Japan Post customer service.
After that, Japan Post and our shop will discuss the problem and try to achieve the best result for you.

□ Wrong address / order cancellation

Please note that if the package is returned to the sender due to an incorrectly entered shipping address or refusal to receive the package, there will be an additional $10 handling fee in addition to the shipping fee.
Changes cannot be made once an order has been placed, but if you need to change the shipping address or cancel your order, please contact customer service immediately.
